Victoria Fraley is passionate about family law. One doesn’t often read that about attorneys. Victoria’s goal is to ensure that each client feels supported and confident during the litigation process. Her ability to provide wisdom, counsel, and perspective during a vulnerable time in her clients’ lives is what separates Victoria from other lawyers. 

Victoria has navigated her own divorce, which included implementing a timesharing plan that put the child’s best interests first, and working to create a healthy relationship with her former husband and his wife. While Victoria recognizes not everyone’s co-parenting journey will resemble hers, Victoria’s personal experiences with the divorce process bring a unique and valuable approach to her professional life. 

Victoria began her career as an Assistant State Attorney in the 10th Judicial Circuit. Her time there not only allowed her to try over forty jury trials to a verdict but also provided her with the core principles of civility, professionalism, and integrity. Her six and a half years practicing at The Spring of Tampa Bay (Tampa’s certified Domestic Violence center), placed her in a supervisory position where she was able to utilize her courtroom skills and her passion for helping people. Victoria assisted over 1,000 clients while at The Spring and forged professional relationships with attorneys and judges in the area.
